Glass that stays clear, whatever the weather
This Schmick bar fridge vents from the front, so it can sit into a cavity without gaps needed at the sides or back. The glass door is heated, which keeps condensation from forming even in humid conditions. A Schmick ECO controller and energy-saving compressor work with an inner fan that circulates air quickly, helping the fridge pull down to temperature while using less power.
It is built for indoor or outdoor use under cover, under the bench, and holds up to 96 cans across two large, fully adjustable shelves. The door locks and is right hinged, with a polished mirror stainless steel interior and a matte black body finished with a 304 stainless steel grille. Switch the interior light between white and blue with one push.

Building it in? Your cavity needs to be at least 515 mm wide, 620 mm deep and 660 mm high, leaving 10 mm each side, 50 mm at the back and 10 mm on top for ventilation. Built in with the right ventilation, it runs quieter, cools better and lasts longer.
What it costs to run. Left on all year, it uses about 493 kWh (1.35 kWh a day), or about 810 kWh with the heated glass switched on. At 30c per kWh that is roughly $148 a year. Your own rate is on your power bill.
