Promotional Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all promotional offers, vouchers, discounts, free gifts, contests, giveaways, and affiliate incentives (collectively referred to as “Promotions”) offered by KitchenLibrary.
By participating in a Promotion, you agree to the following conditions.
1. General Conditions
Promotions are time-limited
Each promotion will specify a start and end date. After the expiry date, the promotion is no longer valid.
One use per customer
Vouchers, discount codes and promotional gifts are valid for single use per customer unless otherwise stated.
Not transferable or redeemable for cash
Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative products.
Cannot be combined
Promotions cannot be used together with other offers, discount codes, trade pricing, project quotes, or package pricing unless explicitly stated.
Product exclusions may apply
Promotions generally exclude:
• Custom cabinetry or made-to-measure products
• Special order items
• Clearance or final sale products
• Gift cards
• Digital products or downloadable content
Additional exclusions may apply depending on the specific promotion.
Minimum spend requirements
Some promotions require a minimum order value or apply only to selected product categories.
2. Voucher and Discount Codes
Apply at checkout
Discount codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
Minimum spend requirements
Where applicable, voucher conditions including minimum spend will be specified as part of the promotion.
One code per order
Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
Expiry dates apply
Some vouchers are valid only during the stated promotional period.
3. Free Gift With Purchase
Eligibility
Free gift promotions are available once per customer per promotional period and may require a minimum spend.
Add to cart requirement
The free gift must be added to the shopping cart at checkout in order to be redeemed.
While stocks last
Free gifts are available only while stock lasts and may be substituted with a similar product if supply is exhausted.
No returns on complimentary items
Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Trade exclusions
Free gift promotions generally apply to retail customers and may not be available for trade or wholesale orders.
4. Shipping Promotions
Geographic limitations
Free or reduced-rate shipping promotions may apply only to selected locations or metropolitan areas unless otherwise stated.
Minimum spend thresholds
Some shipping promotions require a minimum order value.
Oversized product exclusions
Bulky or fragile items such as cabinetry, large storage systems, sinks, or oversized hardware may be excluded from shipping promotions.
No retroactive refunds
Shipping charges cannot be refunded for orders placed outside a promotional window.
5. Bundle Offers & Package Deals
As advertised
Bundle pricing applies only to the specific package or product combinations listed.
Prices as marked
Bundle discounts are already reflected in the listed price and cannot be combined with additional promotional codes.
Not combinable
Bundle offers cannot be used alongside other promotions, vouchers, or trade discounts.
6. Sample Vouchers
Sample or introductory vouchers may be issued to encourage customers to explore finishes, materials or product ranges.
Conditions may include:
• One voucher per customer
• Minimum spend requirements
• Validity for selected product categories only
Voucher conditions will be specified at the time of issue.
7. Giveaways, Reviews & Promotional Competitions
Certain promotions may include giveaways or prize draws.
Eligibility
Entry may require submitting a review, completing a form, or participating through a promotional campaign.
Winner selection
Winners will be selected at random or based on criteria specified in the promotion.
Prize validity
Voucher prizes issued through giveaways are typically:
• Single-use
• Non-transferable
• Valid for up to three years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated
Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
8. Clearance & Final Sale Items
Final sale
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to change of mind.
Limited stock
Clearance items are available only while stock lasts and cannot be back-ordered.
Manufacturer warranties remain valid
Where applicable, standard manufacturer warranties still apply.
9. Affiliate & Trade Programs
Affiliate and trade programs may operate under separate agreements but remain subject to these general promotional terms.
Eligibility
Affiliate participation is available to approved partners only.
Commission calculation
Affiliate commissions are calculated on qualifying sales excluding:
• GST
• Shipping costs
• Discounts or promotional deductions
No stacking
Trade discounts cannot be combined with affiliate commissions or promotional codes unless expressly approved.
Program changes
KitchenLibrary reserves the right to modify or withdraw affiliate or trade programs at any time.
10. Modification or Misuse of Promotions
KitchenLibrary reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
Orders may be cancelled or participation refused where misuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
• Creating multiple accounts to redeem a promotion
• Attempting to combine promotions not intended to be used together
• Reselling promotional products for commercial gain
All promotions remain subject to product availability.
