Terms & Conditions

Promotion period: 1 June 2026 – 31 October 2026 (5 monthly draws). This is a game of chance.

1. Promoter

The promoter is LBRY PTY LTD (ABN 12 687 884 797, ACN 687 884 797), trading as “KitchenLibrary” (“KitchenLibrary”, “KL”, “we”, “our”, “us”), of [G051] 146A SUSSEX STREET, PASCOE VALE VIC 3044, Australia (Closed Warehouse Not Open to Public). Contact: orders@kitchenlibrary.com.au.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

• Employees of KitchenLibrary and LBRY PTY LTD, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

• Entry is not conditional on making a purchase. A free method of entry is available (see clause 3.3). A purchase will not improve a participant’s chance of winning.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Store Review Entry

• Customers receive two (2) entries into the current monthly prize draw for submitting a verified review of KitchenLibrary as a store via Trustpilot.

• Only one (1) store review entry per customer, per month, is permitted.

• Where a customer has previously submitted a store review, those two (2) entries are credited to the draw for the month in which the review is submitted. Store review entries do not automatically carry forward to later months.

• Reviews submitted in connection with a verified order must use the same email address used to place that order.

• A store review is ‘verified’ where it is submitted using the same email address associated with a genuine KitchenLibrary order and has been accepted as published by Trustpilot. KitchenLibrary may cross-check entries against its order records and will disqualify any entry that cannot be matched to a genuine purchase.

3.2 Product Review Entries

• Customers receive one (1) entry per verified product review submitted using the KitchenLibrary website product look-up tool.

• Each separate product reviewed counts as one (1) additional entry.

• Multiple product reviews are permitted, provided each relates to a genuine purchase made by the entrant.

• Reviews must be submitted using the same email address used to place the qualifying order. Entries using a different email address will be deemed invalid.

• A product review is ‘verified’ where it is submitted via the KitchenLibrary website product look-up tool using the email address associated with the original order. KitchenLibrary reserves the right to cross-check submissions against its order records and disqualify any entry that cannot be matched to a confirmed purchase.

• Duplicate, copied, spam, or non-genuine reviews will be disqualified.

3.3 Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

• No purchase is necessary to enter. To obtain one (1) free entry into a monthly draw, send an email to orders@kitchenlibrary.com.au during the relevant entry period with the subject line “Free Entry – [Month]”, including your full name, postal address, email address and a statement, in 25 words or more, on why you are interested in KitchenLibrary products.

• One (1) free entry per person, per month. Free entries are drawn on equal terms with all other eligible entries.

3.4 General Conditions

• Reviews must be submitted via KitchenLibrary’s official review channels (Trustpilot for store reviews; the website product look-up tool for product reviews).

• Reviews must comply with Australian Consumer Law and must not be defamatory, abusive, misleading, or unlawful. Reviews must reflect the entrant’s genuine and honest opinion. A prize entry is not conditional on leaving a positive review.

• KitchenLibrary reserves the right to remove or disqualify any review or entry deemed inappropriate, fraudulent, or non-genuine.

4. Entry Period

• The promotion runs as five (5) monthly draws, commencing June 2026 and concluding October 2026.

• Each draw includes all eligible entries received from 12:00am on the first day of that month to 11:59pm on the last day of that month (AEST/AEDT).

• Entries do not roll over to future months.

5. Prize

• One (1) prize per monthly draw: a KitchenLibrary gift card to the value of AUD $500.

• Total prize pool across the promotion: AUD $2,500 (5 × $500).

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• The gift card is redeemable at kitchenlibrary.com.au and is subject to KitchenLibrary’s standard gift card terms. KitchenLibrary reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

6. Draw & Winner Selection

• Each draw takes place at the promoter’s registered premises in VIC 3044 within seven (7) business days of the end of the relevant month.

• The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries for that month.

• The winner will be notified directly by email (to the email address associated with their entry) within five (5) business days of the draw, and the winner’s first name and state will be published on the review landing page at kitchenlibrary.au.

• If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, KitchenLibrary reserves the right to redraw, subject to any applicable directions of a relevant regulator.

7. Verification

KitchenLibrary may request reasonable proof of purchase or identity to verify eligibility. Failure to provide verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification.

8. Publication

By entering, participants agree that if selected as a winner, KitchenLibrary may publish their first name and state on its website and social media channels.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with KitchenLibrary’s Privacy Policy and used to administer the promotion and communicate with entrants. Personal information may be disclosed to a relevant State or Territory regulator on request.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KitchenLibrary is not responsible for: technical errors affecting entry submission; lost, late, or incomplete entries; or any tax implications arising from receipt of the prize. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights a consumer has under the Australian Consumer Law. Participants are responsible for any tax liability associated with the prize.

11. General

KitchenLibrary reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms;

• Vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion where it is required to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulator and applicable law.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The total prize pool of AUD $2,500 falls below the trade promotion permit thresholds applicable in the Australian Capital Territory and South Australia. Where required, KitchenLibrary will comply with the trade promotion conduct requirements of each State and Territory in which the promotion is open.
