The Schmick Alfresco Under Zero HUS-EX108 was developed by Electrolux in Europe and built to handle real heat, with a tropical rating to 43°C. Its touch screen control gives you Party Mode, which runs the cabinet down to minus 5°C for six hours, and Turbo Mode, which blasts the cooling for an hour to bring everything down fast.
It suits an indoor spot or an outdoor one under cover, though it shouldn't sit in direct sunlight. The heated tempered glass door keeps condensation from building up in humid weather, and with the right hinge and left-side handle, the door opens within its own width.

Building it in? Your cavity needs to be at least 620 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 880 mm high, leaving 30 mm each side, 100 mm at the back and 30 mm on top for ventilation. Built in with the right ventilation, it runs quieter, cools better and lasts longer.
