This Schmick bar fridge pairs a heated glass door with front venting, so it can be built neatly into an under bench cavity without clearance at the sides. A Schmick ECO electronic controller manages the temperature, and an inner fan circulates air for quicker pull down times after the door has been open. A door lock and LED lighting that switches between white and blue round out the fit-out.
Its matte black finish and front venting suit kitchens, bars and entertaining areas where it needs to sit flush under a bench. It can go indoors or outdoors, as long as it is enclosed and under cover. Inside, three adjustable heavy duty shelves and a polished stainless steel interior give you room to arrange all 121 cans the way you want them.

Building it in? Your cavity needs to be at least 515 mm wide, 636 mm deep and 850 mm high, leaving 10 mm each side, 50 mm at the back and 10 mm on top for ventilation. Built in with the right ventilation, it runs quieter, cools better and lasts longer.
What it costs to run. Left on all year, it uses about 442 kWh (1.21 kWh a day), or about 767 kWh with the heated glass switched on. At 30c per kWh that is roughly $133 a year. Your own rate is on your power bill.
