The CLIP top 110° Unsprung hinge is built from nickel-plated steel with a zinc boss, delivering the dimensional stability and corrosion resistance expected in a professional kitchen fit-out. The EXPANDO T boss system anchors into doors as thin as 8 mm using a 10 mm fixed drilling diameter, accommodating wood, MDF, and aluminium frame fronts without compromise. Three-dimensional adjustment — side ±2 mm, depth +3/−2 mm, height via cam — allows precise door alignment after installation.
