This Schmick fridge runs two separate zones, keeping white wine at 5°C to 12°C up top and red at 12°C to 20°C below, each held at its own temperature. The shelves use a rubber sliding saddle system that lets bottles of different sizes sit side by side without touching. The door is triple glazed with LOW E glass, which helps keep condensation off the glass.
Front venting lets it build neatly into a cavity, so it suits a kitchen, butler's pantry or bar area set up for indoor use. Inside, the shelving is fully adjustable with telescopic ball-bearing slides, holding up to 129 bottles between the two zones, and the door locks when you want to keep it closed.

Building it in? Your cavity needs to be at least 675 mm wide, 845 mm deep and 1840 mm high, leaving 40 mm each side, 150 mm at the back and 40 mm on top for ventilation. Built in with the right ventilation, it runs quieter, cools better and lasts longer.
