At KitchenLibrary™, we make getting your order as simple as possible. Whether you’re shopping for cabinetry, sinks, tapware, or handles, we offer reliable delivery Australia-wide with full transit protection.


How We Deliver

  • Australia-wide delivery – metro and regional coverage via trusted courier partners.

  • Transit insurance included – your order is protected from the moment it leaves us until it arrives at your home.

  • Delivery tracking – you’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Carbon-offset delivery – wherever possible, we offset the carbon impact of our freight to support more sustainable transport initiatives.

Delivery Timeframes

  • In-stock items (handles, sinks, tapware, hardware): usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered quickly to most metro areas.

  • Cabinetry & joinery: typically 6–8 weeks lead time, depending on stock availability and scheduling. In many cases, we can accommodate urgent projects sooner—please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

  • Split deliveries: If your order contains both quick-ship items and cabinetry, items may arrive separately to keep your project moving.


Large & Bulky Deliveries

Cabinetry and large items are delivered on pallets or skids to ensure safe transport. Please note:

  • Deliveries are made to the front of your property, garage, or carport (flat driveways only).

  • For apartments, multi-level properties, or homes with access restrictions, you’ll need to arrange assistance to move products inside.

  • Tall pantry or broom cabinets over 600mm wide may be shipped flat-pack for transit safety.


Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items (excluding made-to-order cabinetry).

  • All returns must be lodged in writing via email within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds or credits will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.

Please note: cabinetry and joinery are excluded from change-of-mind returns. These products are made to order and cannot be refunded once production has begun.
