Welcome to KitchenLibrary™. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

  • KitchenLibrary™ is an Australian-owned business based in Melbourne.

  • All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • These Terms incorporate our Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which together form the full agreement between you and KitchenLibrary.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

  • Images and descriptions are provided for guidance only; colours and finishes may vary slightly from samples or digital displays.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted online via our website and confirmed upon full payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where there is an error in pricing, stock availability, or misuse of promotions.

  • Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or enter production.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver Australia-wide using trusted courier partners.

  • Standard lead times are:

    • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–3 business days.

    • Cabinetry & joinery: approx. 6–8 weeks (subject to stock and scheduling).

  • Larger or bulky items may be delivered on pallets/skids. Customers are responsible for arranging access to multi-level properties or difficult sites.

  • Tall pantry or broom cabinets over 600mm wide may be shipped flat-pack for transit safety.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. KitchenLibrary is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We honour a 7-day return policy as outlined in our Return Policy. Returns must be lodged in writing via email within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Cabinetry, made-to-measure, custom products, special orders, B2B/trade sales, and digital products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to large, bulky, or fragile goods.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.

6. Damages & Issues

  • All deliveries are covered by transit insurance. Customers must inspect orders on arrival and notify us of any damages or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims must include clear photos of the damage and packaging.

7. Warranties

  • Cabinetry – covered by a 7-year warranty, with a certificate provided on delivery and review of your order.

  • Other products – covered by manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 year to lifetime, depending on the supplier.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.

  • Warranties do not cover misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by third-party trades.

8. Liability

  • KitchenLibrary™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss related to product use, installation, or delivery delays.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended purpose and comply with local building codes and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and branding on this website remain the property of KitchenLibrary™ and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Privacy & Data

  • By purchasing, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

  • Your personal information will be used only for order fulfilment, customer service, and marketing communications (you may unsubscribe at any time).
