The updated ECODRILL is compact, lightweight, and suitable for both workshop use and on-site work. It improves efficiency in the manufacturing process for many of Blum’s hinges. The practical design and new features make assembling Blum hinges even easier.
Some of the Features and Benefits of the new ECODRILL include:
● One-handed clamping.
● Easy adjustment to material thickness (15 - 40mm thickness)
● Easy adjustment for drilling distance (TB). Standard drilling distance of 2 – 8 mm is incorporated. For bi-fold hinge, the required 12.5 mm is also possible.
● Side stops for setting standard distances (featuring a measuring scale with a wide range from 80-130mm which can be extended and retracted)
● Integrated extraction socket which can be used with a wide range of extraction hose diameters between 30-42 mm
● Large space for chips which exposes the user to significantly less dust whilst drilling, along with better access for changing drill bits.
● Integrated angle template for mounting plates, allowing for fixing positions to be marked.
