This high-quality roller carriage is a core component of the Blum REVEGO duo system, providing smooth and reliable movement for large cabinet fronts. Designed for precision and longevity, it ensures that pocket doors operate effortlessly within your internal construction.
Required Accessories:
Blum System Screw, Counter Sunk Head 6 x 14.5mm (6611450HG) must be used for installation and can be purchased separately. To ensure optimal performance and front stability, the CBR04DS door straightener is recommended for use with every REVEGO pocket system.
Planning and Design Note:
The internal dimensions of your application (width x height x depth) determine the maximum space available for internal construction. For combined applications, it is recommended to design the widest front first. Comprehensive drilling patterns, cut-to-size dimensions, and detailed parts lists are available through the Blum Product Configurator.
Technical Specifications:
Certified durability of 40,000 opening and closing cycles ensures long-term reliability. During durability testing, the manual operating force remained less than 70 N, guaranteeing ease of use for the end user.
Assembly and Machining:
Professional installation requires a CNC machine or MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK from Blum to machine the wooden components. Please be aware that both horizontal drillings and a track cut-out are necessary for assembly. Blum recommends using the specialized drilling template for REVEGO pocket connectors to ensure precision for all horizontal drillings.
