This high-quality TIP-ON support cable is designed specifically for REVEGO duo applications, ensuring smooth functionality and reliable performance within your pocket system. Engineered to meet Blum's rigorous standards, this component is essential for modern, handle-less cabinetry designs.
Technical Specifications:
Note that the internal dimensions in the application (width x height x depth) determine the maximum space to be planned for the internal construction. For combined applications, it is recommended to design the widest front first.
- Certified durability of 40,000 opening and closing cycles
- Manual operating force is less than 70 N according to durability tests
- Drilling patterns, cut-to-size dimensions, and detailed parts lists can be sourced via the Blum Product Configurator
Assembly and Installation:
To machine the wooden parts correctly, a CNC machine or MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK from Blum is required. Installation involves both horizontal drillings and a track cut-out. Blum recommends using the specific drilling template for REVEGO pocket connectors to ensure precision during horizontal drilling.
Required & Recommended Accessories:
- Required: Blum System Screw, Counter Sunk Head 6 x 14.5mm (6611450HG) must be used for installation and can be purchased separately.
- Recommended: A door straightener (CBR04DS) is recommended for use in conjunction with every REVEGO uno & duo pocket system to maintain optimal door alignment over time (purchased separately).
