Installation Requirements & Recommendations:
The Blum System Screw, Counter Sunk Head 6 x 14.5mm (6611450HG) must be used for installation and is available for purchase separately. To ensure long-term stability and prevent warping, the Door Straightener (CBR04DS) is recommended for use in conjunction with every REVEGO pocket system.
Technical Specifications & Planning:
The internal dimensions of your specific application (width x height x depth) determine the maximum space required for internal construction. When planning for combined applications, it is recommended to design the widest front first. This system is built for durability, certified for 40,000 opening and closing cycles. According to rigorous durability testing, the manual operating force remains effortless at less than 70 N. Assembly & Machining:
To properly machine the wooden components, a CNC machine or a Blum MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK is required. Please be aware that both horizontal drillings and a track cut-out are necessary for a successful installation. For the highest level of accuracy, Blum recommends using the dedicated drilling template for REVEGO pocket connectors when performing horizontal drillings.
