The Blum REVEGO uno Pocket Profile system offers a sophisticated solution for concealing single-door applications, allowing you to optimize space while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. This unified kit provides the essential components needed to create a functional and seamless pocket door system that integrates effortlessly into your cabinetry.
Kit includes:
• REVEGO uno Pocket Profile Set
• REVEGO uno Hinge Bracket Set with TIP-ON
• REVEGO uno Pocket Connector Set (options available for applications with or without plinth)
• Suitable for pocket side thicknesses of 15mm to 19mm
Technical Specifications:
• Certified Durability: Tested for 40,000 opening and closing cycles to ensure long-term reliability.
• Operating Force: The manual operating force is less than 70 N according to durability standards.
• Required Hardware: Blum System Screws (Counter Sunk Head 6 x 14.5mm, 6611450HG) must be used and are purchased separately.
• Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a door straightener (CBR04DS) in conjunction with every REVEGO system to ensure optimal front alignment.
Planning & Assembly:
• The internal dimensions of your application (width x height x depth) determine the maximum space available for internal construction.
• For combined applications, always design the widest front first.
• Assembly requires professional machining; you will need a CNC machine or a Blum MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK to perform necessary horizontal drillings and track cut-outs.
• Blum recommends using the specialized drilling template for REVEGO pocket connectors for all horizontal drillings.
• Detailed drilling patterns, cut-to-size dimensions, and parts lists are available via the Blum Product Configurator.
