Essential Components & Recommendations:
Please note that Blum System Screws (Counter Sunk Head 6 x 14.5mm, 6611450HG) are required for installation and must be purchased separately. To ensure maximum stability and prevent door warping, we strongly recommend using door straighteners (such as the CBR04DS or Cinetto models) in conjunction with every REVEGO pocket system.
Technical Specifications:
The internal dimensions of your application (width x height x depth) determine the maximum space available for internal construction. For combined applications, it is recommended to design the widest front first.
• Certified durability of 40,000 opening and closing cycles.
• Manual operating force is less than 70 N according to durability tests.
• Detailed drilling patterns and parts lists are available via the Blum Product Configurator.
Assembly & Installation:
Professional machining is required for installation. You will need a CNC machine or a Blum MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK to machine the wooden parts, as the process requires both horizontal drillings and a track cut-out. For the highest level of precision, Blum recommends using the specialized drilling template for REVEGO pocket connectors.
