Each kit is designed to provide a comprehensive hardware solution, including high-quality pocket profile sets, hinge bracket sets equipped with TIP-ON technology for effortless opening, and specialized pocket connector sets. Whether your project requires an application with or without a plinth, the REVEGO system adapts to various pocket side thicknesses and construction requirements.

Note:

• The internal dimensions of your application (width x height x depth) determine the maximum space available for internal construction.
• For combined applications, it is recommended to design the widest front first.
• Certified durability of 40,000 opening and closing cycles ensures long-lasting performance.
• The manual operating force remains less than 70 N according to durability testing.
• Detailed drilling patterns, cut-to-size dimensions, and comprehensive parts lists are available via the Blum Product Configurator.

Required & Recommended Accessories:

• Blum System Screws (Counter Sunk Head 6 x 14.5mm, 6611450HG) must be used and are available separately.
• Door straighteners (such as CBR04DS or Cinetto models) are highly recommended for use with every REVEGO system to ensure optimal door alignment.

Assembly Information:

To machine the wooden components, a CNC machine or MINIPRESS top with EASYSTICK is required. Please be aware that both horizontal drillings and a track cut-out are necessary for installation. Blum recommends utilizing the specific drilling template for REVEGO pocket connectors to ensure precision for all horizontal drillings.
