Will the door hook work on my specific doors?
The hanging bracket is designed to suit standard internal doors, generally between 20mm and 40mm thick. The bracket simply hooks over the top, meaning no drilling is required for door mounting. If your home features non-standard, taller, or rebate-edged doors, we recommend wall-mounting the bracket (screws included) to ensure the board sits securely and safely at a reachable height.

While the Glide is a full-sized board (130 x 38cm), the frame is engineered to be lighter than traditional heavy-duty steel boards. Cleaning Or Replacing Ironing Covers
Can I wash the cover or buy a new one later?
The cover is not machine washable due to the technical layers, but it can be wiped clean. When it eventually comes time to replace it, Joseph Joseph sells specific Glide covers that fit perfectly. We recommend sticking to the genuine covers to maintain the DripShield benefits and the perfect toggle-fit tension.
