Which size do I order?
Order by your cabinet width — the size your cabinetmaker used, not the space you measure inside the drawer. The tray is 50mm narrower than the cabinet as supplied, and trims a further 50mm, so each size covers a 100mm band of drawer openings.

Depth is 490mm supplied, trimming to 420mm — so one tray suits both 450mm and 500mm deep drawers. Height is 55mm.
Before you order — check all four
- Your cabinet width. The carcase size. Not the drawer front, not the opening.
- The inside width of your drawer. Side to side, inside the box. It needs to fall between the two figures for your size above.
- The inside depth. Anything from 420mm to 490mm is covered.
- The inside height. 55mm clear from the drawer base.
Can it be cut down?
Yes — and the depth takes only one cut. The compartments sit forward in the moulding, so the spare material is all at the back. Trim the rear and the front edge — the one you see every time the drawer opens — stays exactly as it came.
The cut guides are moulded into the base at 474mm and 424mm, the two common drawer depths, so the usual cuts need no measuring at all.
To trim: mark the underside, score the line several times with a sharp blade against a steel rule, snap it over the edge of a bench, then smooth the cut. If you fall between sizes, order the larger one — material comes off, it does not go back on.

Best for
Kitchen and butler's pantry drawers where the tray should fill the space properly rather than rattle inside it. The rear-only depth cut makes it the quickest of the trimmable trays to fit neatly — one cut, and the visible front edge is untouched.
